Mulberry Project first visited Santa Teresa as a consultant, working with the then newly opened Small Luxury Boutique hotel, Nantipa and fell in love with the idealic beach town. We rebounded after COVID and were determined to do a season in Santa Teresa. We found a home at the boutique hotel and spa, Tropico Latino, from mid December through to the end of May.
Hotel Tropico Latino is 22 years old and very much an institution in Santa Teresa. With its core beliefs in local fresh ingredients, picked from is very own garden, we paired excellently with it’s existing farm to table restaurant. Couple with very events like weekend BBQs and Seafood Sunday, Mulberry Project added it’s famed Mezcal Monday night which was paired with a Mexican inspired dinner menu.
