Holbox
Our second location in Mexico was at the boutique Tribu Hostel located on the beautiful Island of Holbox. Opened in 2010, Tribu has become a hugely popular destination not just to stay at but also for its exciting list of activities. The international owners created a place where travelers and locals could enjoy activities and experiences all day long, from beach sports, yoga, tours of the island and a variety of different classes. They even have a pirate themed Escape Room!
For the first time we took over two bars in one location, both are located on the second floor. One is focused on different live music every night and the other a chilled outdoor patio space. Complimenting around cocktails, Tribu has built a 3rd floor restaurant, Magma, which specializes in a fusion of Mexican and Italian cuisines.
